Consultation
We walk the roof, inspect the attic, and photograph every plane. No hard close — you get a written proposal the same evening.
- Step 02Within 48 hours
Measurement & Design
Hand measurements, shingle-color mock-ups on your actual home, and a material takeoff you can audit line by line.
- Step 031–3 days typical
Installation
Full tear-off, synthetic underlayment, ice-and-water shield where code requires, and GAF Timberline HDZ or UHDZ shingles laid by a dedicated crew.
- Step 04Day of completion
Final Walkthrough
Magnet sweep, photographic close-out, registration of your GAF warranty, and a handoff folder with every spec and serial number.

Because we install GAF as a trained contractor, your roof is eligible for the System Plus Limited Warranty — a 50-year non-prorated shingle warranty that transfers once, plus WindProven coverage with no maximum wind-speed cap.
